How does it work?

Once you pay/register, I will text you directly (within 24 hours, but usually much sooner) to schedule your session. Your session will be scheduled in my very next available spot, and I have session spots available every day, unless I am unavailable due to illness.

Is the call on the Phone, Zoom, etc? How long are the calls?

These calls are usually held by phone. They are 45 minutes long.

What happens on the call?

I listen to you as you share what you're experiencing and we identify the best next steps together.
We usually cover quite a bit of ground quickly, and by the end of the call you will have a plan for your next steps, and what to do if you need urgent help.

What are next steps after the call?

If you would like more support, there are many options for support.

You have the option of scheduling additional Priority Sessions.

You could also schedule a Shift Session, which is a more in depth half day session, designed for creating a plan and resources, customized to your experience.
Priority Session clients are offered a $100 credit towards Shift Sessions.

There are other options available as well, from Voxer Coaching, Private Coaching, Group Coaching, etc. I'm happy to share those with you after the session.

How much does a Priority Urgent Session cost?

$250 for a same-day or next-day private session.
Availability is extremely limited to accommodate urgent needs.
If you’re looking for ongoing support, my coaching program is $600/month, or you can book a Shift Session for $999 for a half-day intensive.
