Hi, I’m Mishka,

I’m a Brain Science nerd, Autistic & ADHD, mom of 3 incredible (and neurodiverse kids). Friends tell me I am "heart forward" and I believe it.

I'm most known for using the science of love and attachment to transform relationship dynamics with families, individuals, (and even with one's self), where people enjoy rapid shifts toward self compassion, and life satisfaction, no matter what struggles or diagnoses are part of their story.

My work is deeply rooted in Attachment and Relational Neuroscience. I love people and see them the way (I believe) their mom should see them. I love all their little idiosyncrasies. It's one of my superpowers. I believe in you, too.
